My client is not guilty because of the reason of insanity. My client has a hard time controlling himself when something is annoying him day and night. My client is not aware of what he does until he does it, and after he does it, he does not see what he has done.

My client is not guilty because of the reason of insanity and obsessed with the old man=s eye. Whenever he thinks or sees it his modes change. Before murdering the old man, my client expressed that the old man=s eye annoyed him day and night. The only thing of the old man that bothered my client was the old man=s eyes, and the only reason they bothered him was that he thought they were evil. If someone=s eyes can bother someone to the point where they kill you for the eyes, they should be considered innocent because of inanity.

My client has several problems that prove he does not have control of his mind. My client has claimed he has heard things that no one else has heard. My client says he hears things always. My client thought he was smart when he murdered the old man. When he had killed and hid the old man=s body, he thought he was going to get away with it; he was so confident he let the cops search the house. When the cops took a break, my client said he heard the heart of the old man, but the cops did not. When the heart did not stop, my client freaked out and told on himself. A stable man would of heard nothing and continued.

They disturb my client emotionally, because he had the will to kill someone, and thinks he only killed the eyes. If you have the will to kill a poor helpless man that you have a big problem. If you also have the nerve to slaughter the body, should you not be called insane? If you have a hearing disorder and you hear something you cannot control, you have mental problems, and they disturb you emotionally.

My client is very unstable and has been incapable of controlling himself. My client is unable to live his life while something is annoying him day and night.
